Frequently asked questions
What counts as a connector?
One connected system, for example one Search Console account with all its properties, or one Google Ads account with all its customer IDs. You pick the properties and accounts during setup and they appear as tools in Claude or ChatGPT.
Which Claude or ChatGPT plan do I need?
One that can add a custom connector. In Claude that is every plan, Free included; on Team and Enterprise an Owner adds it once. In ChatGPT it is Business, Enterprise or Edu, and Pro in developer mode. Loopthink does not replace that licence.
Can I move from Free to Pro without setting anything up again?
Yes. Every plan runs on the same workspace: the same connectors, the same tools, the same URL in Claude and ChatGPT. An upgrade raises the limits and switches on what the plan adds. Nobody has to re-add a connector.
What happens when I reach the call limit?
We tell you before anything stops, and you move up a plan when it suits you. Nothing is re-imported and nothing changes for your colleagues.
Where is the data hosted?
In the EU, in Germany. Google tokens and API keys are stored encrypted and never reach Claude, ChatGPT or the people using the connector. Loopthink is a German company.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, at the end of any month. Upgrades are billed pro rata for the running month. First paid month refunded if you never get a working tool call.
