Welcome to Loopthink, our SaaS platform for governed AI access to business systems, provided by TechnologyCircle GmbH. Loopthink connects AI assistants to your business systems over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — with access control, audit and EU-sovereign hosting. By using Loopthink, you agree to our terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Loopthink is available under a subscription model. Payments are processed via our merchant of record, paddle.com, accepting various payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and more. When you choose a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees as specified, adhering to the terms and conditions of paddle.com.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a refund policy to ensure a high standard of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription or the renewal period, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations after the first 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Loopthink is designed exclusively for connecting AI assistants to systems and data you are authorized to access. Users must ensure that all systems, data sources and credentials connected through our service belong to them or are used with the explicit permission of their owner, and that their use does not infringe on any privacy laws or intellectual property rights. The use of Loopthink to access non-public, private, or confidential information without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in termination of your service and potential legal action. Users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and intellectual property rights.

When using Loopthink, you agree to refrain from any activity that could damage our service, other users, or the Internet community at large. Activities such as illegal conduct, violating intellectual property rights, and distributing harmful content are strictly prohibited.

While you retain ownership of the content and data you connect to Loopthink, by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content as necessary to provide and operate our services to you.

Loopthink is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding functionality or availability. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with our services, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise.
